The Key to Successful Janitorial Services

November 27th, 2014 · No Comments

Two things most important to janitorial cleaning are clear, concise communication and keeping it simple. After all, how many times do you want to talk to your janitorial company in a month?

Things that help facilitate this are:

1. A simple but clear and complete agreement

2. A janitorial staff that cares and listens

3. The people that serve you with leadership from the top need to be less concerned with selling you something and more concerned with serving you.

Tri-County Janitorial believes that training is essential in providing the best cleaning services that you can get. Our management and entire staff is dedicated to making each business we serve our top priority. Our janitors are trained to listen to each customer and provide the individualized cleaning service that each business requires.

We look forward to the opportunity to provide this specialized service for your business.

Businesses and residents of Kingsburg this is your chance to make a decision in Kingsburg that will last generations and enhance the appearance of Kingsburg from the road and rail.”

Our Business Grows from Fresno to Visalia!

January 14th, 2013 · No Comments

We have cut costs and made changes that position us for new growth in 2013!

In 2012, we grew by 20% and continue to serve companies in the San Joaquin Valley with their janitorial needs.  We mainly serve Fresno, Clovis, and the highway 99 corridor down to Tulare and from Hanford across to the Reedley and Dinuba areas.  Because of our recent cost cutting we are able to go back to many of our former business proposals and offer our potential customers a 5% to 10% reduction in pricing!  We serve almost primarily business customers, cleaning after hours for them; we do serve a few customers through the day and can always work out day porter supplements to evening cleaning.

We are honored at the opportunity to continue serving our current customers into the New Year and are excited about the new possibilities to provide quality cleaning services to even more businesses in the year ahead.

In Janitorial Service Training is Key

August 16th, 2012 · No Comments

Tri-County Janitorial serves Fresno, Visalia, Hanford, Reedley and Dinuba.  We are privileged to serve many types of businesses in these areas and throughout the valley; and, we realize that it is in large part due to our employees’ training and dedication that we are allowed to succeed.

We are excited about a wonderful article that a friend has written about training, trainers and facilitating trainers in everything that they need to train. Although this article is focused on training for the classroom, it reminds us again of the significance of training in any field and has principles which apply universally.  That is why we want to add his article to our blog for the benefit of others:

We at Tri-County Janitorial believe that efficient and effective training is an essential tool to success in the cleaning industry.  Each of our janitors receives on-the-job, side by side training with an experienced member of our staff and we strive to continue that training throughout their years with us.

Although many people may say, ‘anyone can clean,’ the janitorial field is not a profession for the untrained or faint of heart.  Janitors put in long, strenuous and sometimes very solitary hours to give others a clean place to work.  Training an eye for detail and efficiency are each equally important in this task.  As in any industry, ineffective training leaves an employee and therefore the entire company at a disadvantage.  By empowering our cleaners with proper training, our entire company is brought a step closer to true success.

Serving and Building Bridges

May 17th, 2012 · 1 Comment

Tri-County Janitorial enjoys serving the niche of routine janitorial services nightly for offices and organizations of all types in the greater Fresno and Visalia areas.  Recently, we continue to have great success cleaning religious organizations.  Although we don’t want to narrow our niche to only one type of organization, we find that we have succeeded in serving religious institutions of various types and desire any help we can be to organizations of almost all of the world’s religions.

We’d love to highlight a trip that one of our customers took to the city of my birth and where I graduated from high school, Jos, Nigeria.  Aminata Dieye from the Mennonite Central Committee recently took a trip to my beloved Nigeria.

Many of you may not know that Christians and Muslims have been embattled in a struggle and violence since before September 2001 in Jos, Nigeria.  There are so many Muslims and Christians who deserve peace there, but we mostly hear only about the violence.  It is a challenge in any organization, political or religious, to find harmony.  How much more difficult would it be in a country that is 50% Muslim and 50% Christian to live freely and in prosperity?

–This article is written in honor of my friend Stan Anderson, who was a Christian and loved Muslims.  He loved to highlight the similarities instead of the differences between Muslims and Christians.  He died recently, but was a true peacemaker and bridge builder.  He will be sorely missed.

Set the date; Monday September 19 at 3pm the Kingsburg Social Media Group is having an informal Coffee hour to talk about social media and what you’re doing with it.

Come to 1348 Lincoln Street in Kingsburg.  This is our office and looks like a cute little home.  Look for the home with a beautiful cedar handicapped ramp and beautiful flowers.  Bring your laptop and connect into our wifi if you would like.  We can have a lot of fun with building our networks and using social media to build our businesses.
